Delete your Price Hero account
This applies to the Price Hero app on iPhone and Android and to pricehero.ai. It's one account.
Delete it yourself
- In the app: Profile, then Delete account. Confirm on the next step.
- On the web: sign in, open Profile & settings, then Delete account.
- If you signed in with Apple, Apple asks you to confirm once more.
What happens
- Deleted right away: your sign-in, items, photos, valuations, dream items, preferences and notification tokens. If you used Sign in with Apple, we also revoke Price Hero's access to your Apple ID.
- Kept without your name: records of paid authentications (amount, date, result and payment reference), for 7 years, because accounting law requires it. They no longer link to you or your photos.
- Backups: copies in encrypted backups expire within 90 days.
- When we can't delete right away: if an authentication is still in progress, we wait until it finishes so you get your result. Accounts that also use the developer platform are deleted by our team.
- Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
Can't sign in?
Send a request. We confirm it's you by email, then delete the account within 30 days. You can also write to mailys@pricehero.ai.
